when did u weigh urself, in the morning or evening? this is my 4th day and i also started at 220. glad you made it so far. congrats!!! whats ur diet like now??
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry for the late response. But to those who are still reading this, I weighed myself in the morning right after using the restroom. I'm happy to find fellow readers who tried to do the same, hopefully your results were longer lasting and successful.
DeleteMy diet? I had to stop this. I ALMOST hit my 60 day mark, which I failed to include results. I failed because I wasn't prepared for setbacks. I started to cheat because I felt like I HAD to. It was really a self sabotage thing.
